Since the beginning of time, human beings have faced danger, confusion, and fear. We’ve always been aware of how small and fragile we are in a big, unpredictable world. Thunderstorms, diseases, wild animals, death, and even our own thoughts could easily cause panic and fear—what we call paranoia.

But then, something happened in the human brain. We created the idea of God—a higher power who watches over us, who has a plan, who gives meaning to our suffering, and who offers comfort in the middle of chaos. And that idea… changed everything.

Imagine early humans sitting in the dark, hearing sounds in the forest, afraid of everything they couldn’t understand. Without science or safety, fear could drive them insane. This is part of something bigger.” This belief kept people mentally and emotionally stable. It helped them face the unknown without falling apart.
